Networking and collaboration with external organizations 

  • I was part of the team that initiated and is currently working on a collaboration between KU(the Department of Educational Management, Policy & Curriculum Studies) and UNESCO-IIEP Dakar for the partnership to offer training on sector analysis and management of education system (SAMES)
  • Leading the team that is working on a collaboration with the University of Saskatchewan, Canada on the Academic with Borders Project. The project is aimed at enhancing the capacity of faculty and graduate students from the Department of Educational Management, Policy and Curriculum Studies as well as from other departments within the School of Education

Appointment to Regional /International Board as Consultant 

  • 2020: Advisor, Insights for Education Foundation Programme Development Technical Team. Was appointed by Insights for Education Foundation (not -for-profit international foundation, registered in Switzerland), to serve as expert on the   Programme Development Technical Team. The Technical Team comprises of advisors tasked to inform the technical design and development of the Programme Document and guide the IFE Foundation on its engagement with policy actors and other players in the Kenya’s education space for the LEARRN-Kenya Programme.  (Foundation website. https://education.org/home)

  • Appointed to the Board of Management for St. Elizabeth Lureko Girls’ Secondary School, Mumias on 23rd April, 2019
